Our Insurance Process
If your repairs are collision / insurance related we can provide repairs for all insurance companies. Reporting a collision to your Insurance Company is not something you do everyday. It is, however, something we do every day and we are happy to help.

Make a claim
Make a claim with your Insurance Company and advise them that you want us to be your repairer.

insurance referral
Your insurance company will send us a referral with your claim details.

assessment
We will contact you (or you can contact us), to make a booking to bring your vehicle in for assessment.

submit quote
We will assess your vehicle and submit a quote to your insurance company for approval.
05
approval
Once we receive approval, we will contact you to book your vehicle in for repairs.
06
repair
We will start your repairs and will contact you when repairs are completed and your vehicle is ready for pick up.
Points to note
If you require a Loan Car, you will need to advise us at the time of booking your vehicle in for repairs. There is a Booking Charge of $50 which will be charged at the time of collection of the Loan Car. Unfortunately wait times are generally longer if you require a Loan Car from us.
As soon as we are finished repairs, we will contact you to let you know that your vehicle is ready for pick up. If you have an insurance excess this will be payable to us when you collect your vehicle.
For your convenience we have Eftpos available at Reception. If you would like to pay by internet banking, this will need to be done at least one day prior to collection of your vehicle.
Our paint system
We use Spies Hecker PERMAHYD® HI-TEC 480 waterborne paint system. With over 130 years of experience, Spies Hecker is one of the largest suppliers of refinishing materials and is regarded as a benchmark in vehicle refinishing worldwide. This paint system allows us to accurately colour match to any paint finish.
Our Equipment
For larger repair jobs we use the latest Spanesi Touch Measuring System from Italy. This ensures our repairs are accurately measured and completed back to manufacturers specifications.
